Capital Markets Partnership · For Funds
AI value creation, tracked across the portfolio.
For VC and PE funds where AI-driven value creation is core to the thesis, not a side initiative. Two engagement modes: contractor running Quick Wins across the portfolio, or embedded operators inside your own ARLOS organization (our operating system for outcome-based engagements). The fund and its portfolio retain every outcome and capital asset.
The thesis
Every Quick Win is a capital asset
Every Quick Win in a Box delivers more than a verified outcome — it delivers a capital asset the company owns: a real software repository, a permissioned MCP layer, and a trained internal champion who can extend it. AI coding tools have collapsed the cost of building production-grade software, so the bottleneck is no longer engineering capacity. It's the discipline to convert tacit operator knowledge into compounding, owned infrastructure.
For a fund, that means AI value creation stops being a slide deck and starts being a tracked, allocatable, repeatable line of work in the same place you already manage portfolio operations.
Two ways to engage
Contractor or embedded
The right model depends on whether AI value creation is a pilot you're testing or a thesis you're committing to. Both modes ship the same kind of outcome; only the ownership and integration depth differ.
01 / Contractor
GSD runs Quick Wins for the portfolio
We engage as an outside vendor — the fund or the portfolio company sponsors each bounty, and we ship the outcome plus the capital asset that came with it. Standard Quick Win in a Box bundle pricing applies.
- Standard QWIB engagement model
- Bundle pricing: $10K single, $40K (5), $70K (10)
- 50% upfront, 50% on verified success
- Full repo handoff to each portfolio company
- Outcomes tracked in GSD's ARLOS org
Best for: funds piloting AI value creation across a few portfolio companies before a deeper commitment.
02 / Embedded Partnership
Fund licenses ARLOS, GSD operators embed
The fund stands up its own ARLOS organization. GSD operators join as W2 or 1099 alongside your operating partners. Outcomes, capital assets, and IP are retained by the fund and its portfolio companies.
- Dedicated ARLOS organization for the fund
- GSD operators embedded as W2 or 1099
- Methodology seeding + operator upskilling
- Custom fit into your value-creation playbook
- Fund + portfolio retain outcomes, assets, and IP
Best for: funds where AI-driven value creation is core to the thesis. Bespoke only — equity (not just cash) plus custom implementation scope.
The operating system
ARLOS, but for your fund
ARLOS is our operating system for outcome-based engagements. Sponsors post bounties tied to verifiable business outcomes, contributors stake on outcomes they can help deliver, and the system tracks the work, the payouts, and the capital assets that get built along the way.
In an embedded partnership, the fund stands up its own ARLOS organization. Operating partners, GSD operators, and portfolio company stakeholders all coordinate through it — and every outcome, every deliverable, and every piece of IP stays with the fund.

What fund partners ask first
Who is the Capital Markets Partnership for?
Capital markets partners — VC and PE funds — who are serious about AI transformation in their private-markets portfolios. The right fit is a fund where AI-driven outcomes inside portfolio companies are a core part of the value-creation thesis, not a side initiative.
What are the two engagement modes?
Contractor mode: GSD runs Quick Win in a Box engagements for portfolio companies as an outside vendor, sponsored by the fund or by the portfolio companies themselves. Embedded Partnership mode: the fund licenses access to ARLOS, our operating system for outcome-based engagements, and GSD operators join as W2 or 1099 alongside the fund's operating partners. The fund and its portfolio companies retain ownership and capture of every outcome tracked in their own ARLOS organization.
What is ARLOS?
ARLOS is our proprietary operating system for catalyzing capital formation through outcome-based engagements. Sponsors post bounties tied to a verifiable business outcome, contributors stake on the outcomes they can help make happen, and the system tracks delivery, payouts, and the capital assets that get built along the way. In an embedded partnership, the fund stands up its own ARLOS organization and uses it to coordinate operating partners, GSD operators, and portfolio company stakeholders.
How is this priced?
Embedded partnerships are bespoke — equity (not just cash) plus a custom implementation scope. Contractor engagements are priced as standard Quick Win in a Box bundles ($10K per outcome single, $40K bundle of 5, $70K bundle of 10), with the fund or portfolio company sponsoring each bounty.
What do partners get with the embedded model?
Access to ARLOS as an operating layer for the fund. GSD operators embedded as W2 or 1099 to seed the practice and upskill the fund's operating partners. A repeatable methodology for delivering capital assets — software your portfolio companies own and that compounds — at scale across the portfolio.
