    10% of every successful engagement

    Typical engagements run $7,000-$10,000. You earn 10% each time a time-bound, outcome-based engagement with the company delivers results. One introduction can generate multiple payouts over time. This applies to scoped project engagements, not retainer or advisory arrangements.

    Paid only when results are delivered

    Our engagements are outcome-based. Referral payouts are calculated on the full engagement value, but only triggered when the engagement resolves successfully. No successful outcome, no referral payout.

    Tied to the organization, not just one person

    Your introduction must be directly to the executive sponsor who funds the first engagement. After that, your referral credit covers the entire organization. If a different person sponsors subsequent engagements at the same company, you still earn on each successful one.

    No expiration once active

    The first engagement needs to begin within 12 months of your introduction. After that, your referral credit lasts as long as we're working with the company.

    If you introduce us to someone who then introduces us to a company that becomes a client, you earn 1% of each successful engagement with that company. Your connection did the heavy lifting, but you started the chain.

If that company does multiple engagements with us, you earn on each successful one.

    Which types of engagements qualify?

    Referral payouts apply to our time-bound, outcome-based engagements: scoped AI projects with defined success criteria and a clear delivery timeline (typically 4-8 weeks). These are our core offering. Retainer arrangements, ongoing advisory work, or other service types are not included in the referral program.

    What counts as a qualified introduction?

    For the full 10% direct referral, your introduction must go directly to the executive sponsor who will fund the first engagement. This is typically a CEO, VP, or department head at a company where teams are doing manual work that could be automated with AI. If your introduction leads to someone who later connects us to a client, you qualify for the 1% second-degree rate instead. Either way, the introduction can happen over email, text, phone, LinkedIn, or any other channel.

    How long does the referral credit last?

    The first engagement with the referred company needs to begin within 12 months of your introduction. After that, your referral credit is tied to the organization you introduced and lasts as long as we continue doing work with them. No expiration on ongoing relationships.

    What if the engagement doesn't succeed?

    If we don't deliver results, you don't earn a payout on that engagement. Our track record speaks for itself, and you can see the current success rate on this page.

    Do I need to be involved in the engagement?

    Not at all. Your role is the introduction. We handle everything from there: discovery, technology development, adoption, training, and handoff. You'll receive an update when the engagement activates and again when it resolves.

    What's a second-degree referral?

    If you introduce us to someone, and that person later introduces us to a company that becomes a client, you earn 1% of each successful engagement with that company. You started the chain, so you earn on the result. The person who made the direct introduction earns the full 10%.

    Can I refer multiple companies?
